The “Vino ottenuto da uve appassite Vignot” is a delicious passito from moscato grapes. These grapes are left withering until late October and then processed just in steal to keep the purity of the flavour.
It has a golden colour, it is viscous while pouring it and you can taste almond, honey and saffron scents; at the end a bitter taste gives a tip of mint.
