Method: The harvest is made by hand at the end of September, when the 2 different grapes are crushed together and left on fermentation for 4/5 days to obtain, through the skins, the red colour. Then they are pressed and the wine is kept in a steal tank, where it continues the malo-lactic fermentation. At the end of this fermentation, the wine is racked in barriques and left there for about 6 months. At this point it is racked again in the steal tank and after other 6 months it is ready to be bottled.
