Tasting notes
Piemonte DOC Moscato has a straw-yellow colour and honey, ripe fruits, peach and pear aromas. It is the main product of the winery, the “pack leader”, as the cat represented on the label, the symbol of the whole production which takes place on the best zone for moscato, the Moncucco hill in Santo Stefano Belbo.
A light citrus fruit scent completes the flavour. It has a mild aromatic taste and a good freshness that bubbles make more incisive.
