Red wine Verbeia is a blend of two different grapes from our vineyards. The colour is intense ruby and the nose is mainly vegetal, with shades of fruit and spices. The taste is fresh, with a nice sapidity and a good persistence. To drink with dishes based on meat.

Vinification (Wine-making)
Method: The harvest by hand takes place at the middle/end of September. The two varieties of grapes are then crushed together, so that during the fermentation of 4/5 days, the wine can take the colour through the skins. After that, the grapes are pressed and the must is put in a steal tank where the malo-lactic fermentation continues. At the end of this process, the wine is decanted in barrique and left there for 6 months. Then the wine is decanted again in a steel tank and after 6 month it is ready to be bottled.
