Our Grappa di Brachetto is produced with the marcs of our grapes, coming from the harvest of this classical autochthonous piedmontese variety.
The marcs are sent to the famous Distilleria Beccaris di Castiglione d’Asti dove, in Costigliole d’Asti where, after a short fermentation, are wisely distilled in copper alembic.
The grappa so obtained is clear, transparent, the aroma is fine and firm, the taste dry but gentle. It keeps the aromatic characteristics of brachetto grapes.
